This is a very special vintage couture belt from Rifat Ozbek featuring a British coat of arms. The belt is very small, best suited for a size 0-4. However, I believe the way it was constructed, it may be possible to take it to a highly skilled luxury cobbler and have them add an extra piece of leather and reconstruct it. The belt shows wear and discoloration on the leather and hardware, in this case enhancing the total look. Rifat Ozbek has several pieces in museum costume and design collections. He famously designed Janet Jackson\'s iconic vest in her \"If\" video. Offers are very welcome.
